Using the site

You agree to use this site for lawful purposes and not to attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to it or to any data on it. We use automated protections to help keep the site safe for everyone, and we may limit or pause access that looks abusive.

Our products and the permanent jewelry look

Pieces ordered online ship with a secure, removable clasp. They are styled to give you the permanent jewelry look, with the freedom to take them on and off. Online orders are not welded. If you want a piece welded closed with no clasp, that is our in-person service, available at our Georgia pop-ups only.

Every piece is designed to be waterproof and tarnish-resistant for everyday wear. Colors and finishes shown on screen may vary slightly from the piece in your hands. Because chains are delicate by nature, please treat them with care.

Shipping and returns

We ship across the United States only. Standard orders are processed in 2 to 4 business days, and you will receive tracking once your order ships. Shipping is free on orders over $75 and a flat $5 below that.

Because pieces are made to order, we accept exchanges or returns on unworn items within 14 days of delivery. Reach out and we will share simple return instructions. Sale items and pieces customized with charms or initials are final sale.

Repairs and re-welds

We stand behind every piece:

• Free re-welds for life on anything we welded in person. Bring it to any Georgia pop-up and we will re-weld it at no cost.
• Free clasp repair or replacement on shipped pieces if the clasp fails within the first year of normal wear.

These cover normal wear and manufacturing issues. They do not cover loss, theft, or damage from accidents or alterations made by someone other than us.

In-person pop-ups

In-person welding is available to guests at our Georgia pop-up events, around Alpharetta, Roswell, Milton, and nearby areas. Bookings are requests until we confirm them by email or message. Payment for in-person services is collected at the table. Welded pieces are intended to stay on and can be removed with a gentle snip whenever you choose.

Content and trademarks

All text, photographs, and designs on this site belong to Made To Love and may not be copied or used without permission. The Made To Love name and logo are our trademarks.

Limitation of liability

Our pieces are jewelry, not medical or protective devices. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Made To Love is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our products or website. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that cannot be limited by law. We may update these terms from time to time, and the date above will reflect the latest version.
